Congratulations to Associate Professor Fazilat Soukhakian, who has received tenure and promotion. During her time at USU, Professor Soukhakian has inspired and mentored many while building an international record of research and creating insightful, important work. She has been recognized with numerous awards including a 2022 Utah Artist Fellowship, the 2021 USU Caine College of the Arts Faculty Researcher of the Year Award, and 2020 Caine College of the Arts Outstanding Undergraduate Research Mentor Award.
Professor Soukhakian will be on sabbatical leave for the 2022/23 academic year.
